UPDATE:
News 10 spoke to a woman who lives in the area and wished to remain anonymous; she says she’s terrified of losing one of her children because of the constant shootings in the area, “To me it’s too much to handle. It’s just parents are burying their kids too early now and I don’t want to bury any of my kids.”
A witness also told News 10 that they saw the 16-year old’s injuries and to him, they were anything but minor. He says the boy was shot in the face, chest, and it seems like he may struggle to walk again.
