According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Jessica Thompson, 26, 121 C Solar Trailer Park, Thibodaux, LA was arrested on April 14, 2015 at 2:26 pm on a warrant for probation violation. Thompson turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City. She was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 48 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Iraneka J. Amos, 23, 1404 Canal Road Apt. 14, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on April 15, 2015 at 6:48 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation and on 4 warrants from Lafourche Parish for contempt of court. A deputy made contact with Amos at her residence and learned of the active warrants for her arrest. The deputy transported Amos to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $12,971.50.
Bobby Mouton, 40, Patterson, LA was additionally charged with threatening a public official on April 15, 2015 at 3:04 pm. While being moved from a dorm, Mouton, an inmate at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, made threats against a jailer’s life. Mouton remains incarcerated.
Keddrick Jones, 28, 431 Belanger Street, Morgan City, Law as arrested on April 15, 2015 at 4:25 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. During booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, a jailer located the active warrant for Jones’ arrest. No bail is set.
Raymond Thomas, Sr., 69, 104 Kerry Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on April 15, 2015 at 5:54 pm for simple battery. A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the St. Joseph area. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Thomas grabbed a female victim while she was lying down on a sofa. Thomas was transported to the parish jail for booking. Thomas was later released on a $500 bond.
John Taylor, 43, 106 Southeast Boulevard Apt. #1, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on April 15, 2015 at 10:37 pm for aggravated second degree battery and obstruction of justice. A deputy received information from Morgan City police advising that they received a complaint of a battery that occurred at Taylor’s residence. Deputies responded to the area and made contact with Taylor who repeatedly told deputies he was the subject who was struck during a confrontation. As the investigation continued, deputies learned that it was Taylor who struck a male victim in the head with a hammer. Deputies transported Taylor to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
4/15/15 @ 11:14 PM, April Charles, 33, of Blakesley St., Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery- 2nd Offense and Simple Assault. Charles was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release.
