The New Orleans Pelicans now know who their opponent will be in the Semi-Final Round of the Western Conference Playoffs.
On Tuesday night, the Golden State Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs 99 – 91, winning their series after 5 games.
Now Anthony Davis and co. will have a chance at redemption as they travel to Oakland for a rematch of the last time the Pels faced the Warriors in the playoffs in 2015.
Back then New Orleans was swept by Golden State in the First Round, and the Warriors would go on to win the NBA Championship that season.
The Warriors are also the defending champions this season and they bested the Pels in their regular season series 3 – 1.
Game 1 happens Saturday, April 28th at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif.
