Rashard Lawrence Staying at LSU for Senior Season

LSU defensive tackle Rashard Lawrence took to social media on Friday night to announce that he will forego the NFL Draft to come back for his senior season at LSU.

The Monroe native notched 54 tackles, four sacks, and three passes defended in his junior year with the Tigers. Lawrence had a breakout performance in the Fiesta Bowl against UCF, with four tackles for loss and two sacks.

The talented tackle joins the likes of Michael Divinity and Breiden Fehoko in their announcements coming back to school.

Now, Tiger fans await cornerback Kristian Fulton and linebacker, and Butkus Award Winner, Devin White for their announcements before the January 14th deadline to declare for the NFL Draft.
