Early voting in Acadia Parish for the May Municipal General Election

A public meeting of the Acadia Parish Board of Election Supervisors will be held in the Registrar of Voters Office, at 568 NW Circle, Crowley, La. at 10:00am on Friday, April 12, 2019 to draw the Commissioners for the May 4, 2019 Municipal General Election.

Early voting will be Saturday, April 20, 2019, and Monday, April 22, 2019 through April 27, 2019, in Acadia Parish. Voting hours will be 8:30am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Voters are reminded to bring proper identification.

If voters need assistance during early voting or on Election Day, they are required to bring a physician’s certificate or excuse stating the reason they will need assistance while voting. The document is to be given to the Registar or the Commissioner in charge to be delivered to the Registar. 

The last day for persons to register to vote in the May 4, 2019, Municipal General Election will be Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 4:30PM, for in person/by mail registrations. The deadline for Geaux Vote Online registration is Saturday, April 13, 2019.

Regular office hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, in the Register of Voters Office, 568 NW Court Circle, Crowley, Louisiana.

Proper identification required for registering to vote: Current Louisiana Driver’s License, Current Louisiana Identification Card, Birth Certificate and/or Baptismal Certificate.
