The Jeanerette City Marshal’s Office have arrested Willie Lumpkin for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile (5counts).
Information received by the Marshal’s Office showed the victim now 20 years old, performed sexual acts for Mr. Lumpkin while at the age of 15.
