ABBEVILLE, La. (KLFY) – Three victims were sent to the hospital with gunshot wounds after a shooting Monday night.

According to Abbeville Police, officers received a call about a shooting in the 1200 block of South Saint Charles St. around 6 p.m. Monday night. They found three victims with gunshot wounds. All three were transported to a local hospital.

An investigation at the scene revealed that two black males were walking down South Saint Charles St. near the location where the victims were standing near their home. The two black males opened fire, struck all three victims, and then ran from the scene.

Warrants have been issued for the suspects. This incident remains under investigation.
