Beginning later this morning in the Hub City, hundreds of college students will be taking that next big step in their continuing education by graduating.
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s 2018 Spring Commencement Ceremony happens at the Cajundome today.
The General Assembly begins at 11:00 a.m.
Individual Academic College Ceremonies happen at either 8:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.

The University has tapped CBS Correspondant David Begnaud to be this year’s Spring Commencement Speaker.
Begnaud is not only a Ragin Cajun alumn, but got his start in journalism here at KLFY.
His recent coverage of Hurricane Maria’s impact in Puerto Rico has earned Begnaud the George Polk Award in Public Service.
