Suspects arrested in Jennings shooting case

Jennings Police say three suspects have been identified after an altercation involving gun fire.

Jennings Police say they responded to a local convenience store on South Main Street where shots were reportedly fired on October 9, 2018, KPLC TV reports.  

During their investigation officers received a call from the Welsh Police Department stating that the suspects involved in the incident were located in Welsh.

After the investigation Taryke Jacobs was arrested and charged with the illegal discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.

An arrest warrant for Torry Ceasar was issued for 3 counts of attempted 2nd degree murder, assault by drive by shooting, aggravated assault with a firearm, and illegal discharge of a firearm. Police say Ceasar has since been arrested on those warrants.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for JaLawrence White for aggravated assault with a firearm.
