FRANKLIN, La. (KLFY) – A Franklin man has been arrested and charged with sexual battery and third degree rape.
Terry Washington, 57, was arrested and charged with third degree rape, sexual battery, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles; perform sexual act and indecent behavior with juveniles.
Washington is accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual acts on a female juvenile over the course of several years, according to police.
