PALMETTO, La. (KLFY) — Authorities reported an abandoned house in Palmetto caught fire Tuesday night.
Mayor Joseph Irving, of the Village of Palmetto, said there were no injuries and crews have put out the fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and officials say they are still investigating the matter.
The fire was reported to be off Highway 71.
