OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. a parade will be held Monday in Opelousas.

The parade will start at 1 p.m. at South City Park and end at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church Life Center.

A commemorative program will follow the parade at 2 p.m.

Representative Dustin Miller will speak at the event.
