Milton Elementary will be closed Tuesday, December 17, so that electrical repairs can be done at the school.
Officials made the announcement late Monday afternoon via social media that the work to be done would require turning off all of the power to the entire campus.
On Monday, the school operated with limited electricity in certain areas, however all students were accommodated with bag lunches, officials said.
Classes will resume Wednesday, December 18.
