A Crowley man was arrested in connection with having various illegal drugs with a street value of almost $9,000.
According to Crowley Chief Jimmy Broussard, officers tried to stop Brellon George’s car after committing several traffic violations.
George pulled up to a home and knocked in an attempt to gain entry; no one answered and was home.
Broussard says when George returned to his car after being ordered to by officers, he admitted to not having a driver’s license.
After a search of the front door of the home George was standing at, officers found crystal methamphetamine, crack cocaine, powdered cocaine, and marijuana.
George was booked and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Meth, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana.
