This week’s Hunt, Hook & Cook brings us to Midway on the Square with Sean McRee.
McRee is cooking up some blacked catfish and sauteed redfish.
The catfish is seasoned, grilled and then topped with scampi sauce, which includes shrimp, tomatoes and garlic.
The sauteed redfish is topped with a butter crawfish cream sauce.
