LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Investigators are trying to determine what sparked a fire that damaged half of a house this afternoon in the 100 block of Sheila Drive.
Alton Trahan, a fire department spokesperson, said the fire started just after noon.
No one was home at the time. No injuries were reported.
Most of the damage was contained to the garage area and a RV that was outside of the home.
