Breaux Bridge PD release pictures of over a dozen wanted suspects

Breaux Bridge Police took to Facebook to release pictures of people wanted by their agency.

The suspects’ crimes range from Unlawfully Assisting in Obtaining CD’s to Domestic Abuse Battery to Hit and Run.

(William Taylor Potter/ The Advertiser)- About a dozen witnesses were called to testify Tuesday in day two of the proceedings to recuse a black Louisiana judge from more than 300 cases.

It was the second day of the hearing on the requests to remove 16th Judicial Circuit Judge Lori Landry from criminal cases assigned to her. The motions were filed by 16th Judicial District Attorney Bo Duhé, who has argued she is biased, unfair and hostile toward his prosecutors and others.

Second suspect arrested in Canal Street shooting

Law enforcement officials have confirmed that the second suspect in the Canal Street shooting, 22-year-old LaBryson Polidor, was arrested in east Baton Rouge last night and booked into the East Baton Rouge Jail early Wednesday morning.

Polidor was first identified as the suspect on Tuesday, after the Jeanerette City Marshal said they caught him in a lie.
