Acadia Parish Sheriff: Multiple burglaries under investigation in subdivision

CROWLEY, La.(KLFY)- Deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred between April 18 through 20, 2019.

“These burglaries occurred just north of Crowley at residences near N. Cherokee Drive and in the Atwood Acres subdivision during late night or early morning hours,”  Acadia Parish K.P. Gibson said.

Five suspects were captured on video surveillance walking in the subdivision entering carports and pulling on vehicle door handles.

Stolen items include firearms, electronics and cash.
