‘Le Grand Hoorah’ opens Friday at Chicot State Park


Starting Friday night, a celebration of local music, food, cajun and creole culture will take over Chicot State Park in Ville PLatte. It’s called ‘Le Grand Hoorah’.
‘Le Grand Hoorah’ will have live music on Friday night and all day Saturday.
The cost is ten dollars for each day with children twelve and under getting in for free.
Organizers of ‘Le Grand Hoorah’ excited to welcome everyone to Ville Platte for the weekend.
The annual ‘Le Grand Hoorah’ Boucherie takes place first thing Saturday morning inside Chicot State Park.
