Fried Catfish
Ingredients
5 lbs catfish
DiCapo's Season All
Cajun Chef Hot Sauce (1 bottle)
1 gal LouAnna Peanut Oil
1 lb flour
1 lb corn flour
2 oz mustard
Instructions
Season fish with Season All, hot sauce, and mustard
Heat oil to 350 degrees
Shake fish in flour and corn flour mixture
Fry until golden brown
Catfish Courtbouillon
Ingredients
5 lbs catfish
DiCapo's Season All
1 can tomato sauce
3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 sticks of butter
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 rib celery
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch of green onions
1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Saute' onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic in butter
