Maverick and I were discussing the fact that some multiple-pet owners have several dogs, or cats, of the same breed, while others include a variety. This discussion was sparked by the fact that Maverick is purebred Siberian Husky (but thankfully not a snob about it at all) while his brother Cody is an Australian Shepherd/Catahoula mix and sister Lucy is a Rat Terrier mix.
