Rayne Shooting Suspect Arrested

In Rayne,  Police have arrested  30-year-old Quintin Von Keith Senegal on four counts of  attempted second degree murder. After witnesses reported that shots had been fired in the 500 block of north arenas street, officers say they found a 45-year-old man who had been shot in the face.

Police say the victim was one of three Senegal had opened fire on using an AK-47 semi-automatic assault rifle. Senegal has also been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
