Slide Show: St. Mary Narcotics Division Arrests

Brendon J. Comeaux, 21, 612 Robert Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on April 4, 2014 at 1:26 pm for possession of a Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids), careless operation of a motor vehicle, and driving under suspension. A deputy responded to a report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 90 near the Highway 317 exit. The deputy located the vehicle, observed the pick-up truck swerving from side to side, and condeucted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, identified as Comeaux, the deputy saw a bag containing a green leafy substance inside the vehicle. Also, during the course of the traffic stop investigation, the deputy learned that Comeaux was driving with a suspended license. Comeaux was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Comeaux was released on a $3,500 bond.

Sedric T. Edison, 47, 8516 Highway 182, Franklin, LA was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 1:29 am on a warrant for simple battery and theft. A deputy located Edison at his residence on the warrant. Edison was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Jose Misael De Dios, 23, 839 Arlington Street, Houston, TX was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 4:23 am for disturbing the peace, unlawful possession of fraudulent documents, and resisting an officer by giving false information. A deputy responded to a report of a male subject walking in the roadway on Highway 90 in Amelia. The deputy located the subject and upon making contact with him smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and person. When the deputy requested the subject's identification, Misael De Dios gave the deputy a Texas ID card. The deputy determined that the name displayed on the ID was false and that the ID number on the card belonged to a deceased female. Misael De Dios was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Earl Williams, 31, 1621 Erie Road, New Orleans, LA was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 1:21 pm for theft of goods.

Savannah Briley, 27, 6829 Sayers Drive, Marrero, LA was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 1:21 pm for theft of goods.

A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. While en route, the deputy located two subjects matching the description of the shoplifters and detained them. During the investigation, the subjects were identified as Williams and Briley. According to store personnel, the subjects were seen loading 55 cans of baby formula valued at over $800 into a plastic container and then leaving the store without paying for the goods. Both were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Randy A. Brown, 41, 128 Jolivette Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 9:17 pm on a warrant for simple battery. A deputy located Brown at his residence on the warrant. Brown was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $5,000.

Thomas Rosamond, 23, 2616 Dalbor Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 2:12 am for careless operation of a motor vehicle, do drivers license on person, and driving while intoxicated. A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Chitimacha Trail. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Rosamond, the driver of the vehicle, who stated that he had consumed several alcoholic beverages and had taken prescription medication prior to driving the vehicle. During the course of the deputy's investigation, Rosamond performed poorly on the field sobriety test and later registered a .057g% blood alcohol concentration on a breath test. Rosamond was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. A

Angel Aguilera, 25, 136 Lenny's Lane, Amelia, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 4:51 am for second degree battery. A deputy responded to a report of a battery that occurred at a residence on Lenny's Lane in Amelia. During the course of the investigation, the deputy identified Aguilera as the subject who punched a male victim multiple times in the face causing the victim to lose consciousness. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released. Aguilera was located at his residence. Following the investigation, he was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. A picture of Aguilera is attached.

Dylan Pittman, 23, 806 Belanger Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 6:52 am for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a local hospital in reference to a report of domestic abuse. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Pittman punched a female victim in the face repeatedly while at a residence in Bayou Vista. The deputy located Pittman at his residence in Morgan City. Following the investigation, Pittman was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. A picture of Pittman is attached.

Khyrii M. Davies, 24, 828 Park Street Apt. #66, Patterson, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 11:18 am for sexual acts prohibited in public.

 

Lendell A. Riles, 24, 521 Tiffany Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 11:18 am for sexual acts prohibited in public.

A deputy working with trustees at Kemper Williams Park on a trash detail found that an inmate, Riles, had left his assigned area. The deputy located Riles a short distance away inside a vehicle committing a sexual act with Davies'. Riles and Davies were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Amy Gentry, 33, 1201 Spruce Street Apt. 202, Morgan City, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 2:48 pm for theft of goods, criminal trespass, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Gentry was seen concealing items in her purse before attempting to leave the store without paying for the goods. Gentry had previously been banned from the store. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Edward Chapman, 49, 322 Glenwood Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 9:45 pm on three warrants for issuing worthless checks. A deputy made contact with Chapman on the warrant at a business on Highway 182 in Morgan City. Chapman was released on a summons to appear in court on July 11, 2014.

Gathier B. Lewis, 50, 767 Pepper Road, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on April 7, 2014 at 12:16 am for remaining where forbidden. A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence on Martin Luther King Road in Charenton. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that after repeated requests, Lewis refused to leave the residence. Lewis was released on a summons to appear in court on July 11, 2014.

Juvenile male, 11, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 3:14 pm for simple battery. A deputy investigating a complaint of a battery learned that the juvenile punched an 8 year old male victim in the head. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Ryan Bowman, 19, 442 Lagonda Road, Morgan City, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 11:59 pm for accessory after the fact (simple burglary) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Boudreaux, 19, 3028 Lesley Drive, Morgan City, LA was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 11:59 pm for accessory after the fact (simple burglary) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Remington Dubois, 18, 14 Henry Street, Pattterson, LA was arrested on April 7, 2014 at 2:06 am for simple burglary.

Callen Richard, 17, 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on April 7, 2014 at 2:06 am for simple burglary.
