The Acadian Home Builders Association will hosts the Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show March 8 and 9 at the Cajundome Convention Center.
This event has been the original and only locally-produced home show in Acadiana for over 50 years.
The Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show will feature over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest in products and services for your home. Featured companies will showcase innovations in interior design, building trends, appliances, landscaping, furniture, flooring, and so much more.
"Whether you're building a new home or updating your current one, the 2014 Home, Garden, & Lifestyle Show has everything you need under one roof," said Ginger Dykes, AHBA Events Coordinator. "There is a lot of variety in this year's show, and I think everyone will enjoy planning their dream home with us."
This year's show also strives to help attendees upgrade their lifestyle with special sections and events including a Healthy Living Pavilion, cooking classes by celebrity chef Patrick Mould, do-it-yourself seminars, and the inaugural Courir Charité 5k - a race benefiting local shelter-related charities in Acadiana.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
