Former Comeaux High and Ragin Cajun wide receiver Brandon Stokley is officially calling it quits after 15 years in the NFL.
Stokley has a long-and-winding concussion history. His latest head injury landed him on injured reserve earlier this month. Stokley is one of only 18 receivers in NFL history to play at least 15 seasons. The 37-year-old former fourth-round pick is hanging it up with 397 career catches to his name. His best season came in Peyton Manning's record-setting 2004, where he caught 68 passes for 1,077 yards and 10 touchdowns.
