Gary:  Today on your Lawn & Garden we're talking about flu shots it's about that time of the year, well… not really.  This is for something else, and John… we're gonna talk about this but first, what do we have on the table here?

John:  We have some shallots we took out of the garden, this is the dried shallot we have right here the white ones right here.  You plant these first and then the onion tops come up.  This is where we use the tool, the meat syringe.  You cut up all your onions your garlic, we have the hot peppers here. 

The great thing about this syringe is that you have two needles, this is the liquid one right here.  You can buy your liquids already put together or you can make them yourself. And then this needle right here is larger for going into turkeys and things like that, goes in and injects the seasoning in there.  They work great and they're easy to use. 

If your mixture is real thick you'll have to take the back off this and fill it up to put it in.  But they work real easily.  All your ingredients… It's up to you how much hot pepper you wanna put in there, sweet pepper.  But they work great and they're great gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, whatever…  Not everybody has these and everybody could use them. That's for sure.

GARY:  And they last forever too don't they?

John:  That's true, there's nothing that can go wrong with them.  It's just an O-ring.
