No sufficient facts to investigate superintendent

The Superintendent of Lafayette Parish Schools, Dr. Pat Cooper, announced the Assistant District Attorney found no sufficient facts to warrant an investigation into his job as superintendent. He is asking to have the reprimand removed from his file.

Back in July the board voted and called for an investigation into Cooper's job performance. The vote came after multiple allegations that Cooper has violated policy or not lived up to his expected job performance.
