Police arrest two, search for one in home robbery

St. Martin Parish authorities arrested two Carencro men and are looking for a third suspect after they burglarized a home near the Lafayette/St. Martin Parish line.

The incident happened on September 20, at a residence off of Sawmill Hwy. Police say they broke into the home and numerous items were taken.

24-year-old Brandon Alfred and 24-year-old Voorhies Gotch were booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on burglary charges.

The third suspect remains at large and is identified as 25-year-old Tyrus Arceneaux of Lafayette.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Arceneaux is asked to contact the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office at (337) 394-3071.
