Opelousas Police Chief Perry Gallow says no arrests are being made in the incident involving a student who got on the wrong bus and was dropped off in Opelousas. Gallow says everything concerning the incident is being handled by the school board.

The mother says her son, a student at the former Creswell Elementary, got on the wrong bus Friday. She says the driver asked her son where his house was, then told him that wasn't on his route and asked him to get off the bus. Her son wandered around the neighborhood, where he was picked up by stranger and taken to the police station.
