Posted:

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force has apprehended 20-year-old Irvin Harris of Harvey, who faces two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of two Southern University students. Nikiayn Westerfield and Dave Harrison were found shot to death on August 13th in a car in Harvey. Harris was arrested Friday afternoon at a friend's house in New Orleans. His alleged accomplice, 19-year-old Jeremy Coleman of Waggaman, was arrested last week and booked with second degree murder. Authorities believe the shootings were drug related. It is unclear if the men have attorneys.
