BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Are you Cajun and proud? If so, you'll be able to get "I'm a Cajun" stamped on your driver's license next year.

Gov. Bobby Jindal signed into law Wednesday the bill that allows Louisiana motorists to add the words to their licenses for a $5 annual fee. It takes effect Jan. 1, 2014.

The bill by St. Martin Parish Sen. Fred Mills is designed to drum up money for the Council for the Development of French in Louisiana, to pay for scholarships.
