Two people are dead following an early morning house fire in Patterson. At about 1:30 AM Wednesday morning, Patterson firefighters were called to 524 Martin Luther King Avenue, where they found house fully engulfed in flames. Once the fire was extinguished, the bodies of 68 year old Clarence Eatson and 67 year old Barbara Hall were found in the bedroom.
The third occupant, 20 year old Demetrius Owens, escaped without injury. Investigators determined the fire began in the kitchen.
