Carencro Flooding Anniversary - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

This week marks one year, since the devastating flood waters ravaged parts of Carencro. It even led to Governor Bobby Jindal to declare a state of emergency. However, FEMS never did give aid to residents and Wednesday, News 10's Caroline Balchunas went back to one neighborhood to see their progress.
