A group of four teachers has sparked a lot of support within the community, speaking their minds about the state of the Lafayette School System. They're now calling themselves "Teachers Searching for Solutions" and they're hoping what they're saying is heard by the school board.

News 10's Caroline Balchunas sat down with two of them to discuss their goals and has more in this report.
