One Dead in Crowley Fatal Crash - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

A 20 year Crowley man has died, the result of a single vehicle accident shortly before 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

 

According to Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon, the accident occurred in the 1500 block of Lovell Street, Crowley and was reported around 3:47 p.m. 

 

 Investigating officers advised that according to witnesses the driver of the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when he over corrected and hit a ditch.  

 

The Acadia Parish Coroner's Office pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

 

Sheriff Melancon has identified the victim as 20 year old Seth Courville of Crowley.
