Breaux Bridge Suspect Surrenders

We have an update to a shooting that occurred last Tuesday in Breaux Bridge. Police now have the second suspect in custody. 21 year old Kory Minor turned himself into the Abbeville Police Department on Saturday and was then turned over to the Breaux Bridge Police Department.

He is currently in the Saint Martin Parish Correctional Center, with a bond set at one million dollars. Minor is charged with attempted second degree murder.

Meanwhile, Breaux Bridge Police are still looking for 31 year old Mark Thomas. Thomas is wanted for attempted second degree murder in a separate case.

Breaux Bridge Police Department needs assistance with locating a wanted person. Mark Daniel Thomas (31), of Breaux Bridge, is wanted for attempted second degree murder, stemming from a shooting on March 3, 2013 on Richard St. (near the 800 Block of Anderson St.) Thomas is also wanted on for unrelated incident for domestic abuse battery and simple escape. THOMAS IS CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS. Wanted: Kory Minor

Breaux Bridge Police Department needs assistance in locating a wanted person. 

Kory Minor (21), of Breaux Bridge, is wanted for attempted second degree murder, stemming from a shooting that occurred on March 5, 2013 in the 1800 block of Rees St that left one man in ICU (critical condition).  Investigators arrested one man, Christopher James Celestine (28), of Breaux Bridge, in connection with the shooting. 

Celestine is charged with principle to attempted second degree murder. 

Kory Minor is believed to be in the St. Martin Parish area and is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
