Eunice Man Charged with Murder in 19 Month Old's Death - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

St. Landry Parish sheriff's deputies have charged a Eunice man in connection to the death of a 19 month old child.

Robert Henry Miller, III, was charged Friday with second degree murder after the death of 19 month old Victoria Renee Lejeune.

Lejeune died last Sunday, February 24th, after a reported medical emergency. Hospital personal noticed heavy bruising to her head and face.

Miller was already in jail facing domestic abuse battery charges against his girlfriend, who is Victoria's mother.

Miller will be arraigned Monday morning at the St. Landry Parish courthouse.
