St. Landry Horse Registration Ordinance - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

The city of Opelousas will be cracking down on horse owners who have failed to register their animals. Back in June, an ordinance was passed giving owners 6 months to register or pay a fine. But so far, literally no one has registered. News 10's Caroline Balchunas has more on what the deadline entails.
