St Landry French Immersion Center Update

For months now it has been St. Landry Parish President Bill Fontenot's mission to do whatever necessary to create a French immersion cultural center in a vacant health care facility. In a tight vote the St. Landry Parish Council voted seven to six to dissolve the St. Luke's Hospital Board, however some council members are wondering if that vote was even legal.
