Fred Dutton Arraignment - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

A man accused of killing a 22 year old Lafayette woman while driving under the influence was in court Tuesday for his arraignment. Fred Dutton Junior is pleading not guilty to vehicular homicide.   Back in November Dutton Collided with Rachel Sonnier on Kaliste Saloom.   Sonnier was transported to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries.  Dutton is being charged with vehicular homicide and OWI.
