Deputy and Coach Remembered - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

Acadiana is remembering a leader, mentor, father and friend in the community. Greg Lavergne, a watch commander for the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office and decades long volunteer sports coach.  Lavergne collapsed and died Wednesday night while coaching wrestling at Carencro High School.
