Kaplan Home Invasion Suspect Arrested - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

UPDATE: Kaplan Police Chief Boyd Adams tells KLFY News 10 that armed robbery suspect Blair Cordell King is now in custody.

   King was accused of forcing his way into a home in Kaplan, knocking down the elderly homeowner, and robbing him, after cutting phone lines to the home.

  Chief Adams says his investigators received tips from the public and worked with law enforcement officers throughout Acadiana to locate the suspect.  King was found in Crowley late today and taken into custody by Crowley Police, and is being transferred back to Kaplan to face the charges.
