St. Landry Flooding Issues

We all remember last month, massive amounts of rain caused some severe flooding across several parishes in Acadiana. Now that the water is long gone, it's brought some serious debris and clutter to bayous and coulee's. News 10's Doug MacDiarmid met one woman in St. Landry Parish who says she's been pleading with government officials years before the rain, to clear a clogged culvert, which now is a lot worse.
