Agents approached Nolan and placed him under arrest for three contempt of court warrants. Upon taking him into the VPCC it was discovered that Nolan was concealing suspected marijuana within his clothing. Along with the contempt charges Nolan was arrested for possession of marijuana, and introducing illegal drugs into a penal facility.
-Agents received information that a person was attempting to fill a forged prescription at a local pharmacy within the parish. Agents traveled to the location where they encountered three persons who were suspect in the operation. Two of the parties fled leaving the third party behind. Upon further investigation it was found that the suspect that remained was in fact attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription. Brandon Oliver (dob 2-21-81) of Baton Rouge, was arrested for unlawfully obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraudulent means.
-The task force received several complaints of possible drugs being sold from 905 E. St in Kaplan.
