One Arrested in Aggravated Burglary

One suspect was arrested in an aggravated burglary on Wallace Drive.

On January 18, 2013, at approximately 12:20 am, Lafayette Police responded to the 100 block of Wallace Drive regarding an aggravated burglary incident. The victims advised that 3-4 black male suspects entered the residence without their permission and held them at gunpoint. The suspects demanded money and stole a cell phone from one of the three victims. The suspects then fled the scene.

Officers responding to the scene located one of the suspects in the area. The suspect was apprehended and questioned about the incident. 18 year old Trey Johnson of Lafayette was arrested and charged with Aggravated Burglary. Investigators continue to investigate the incident and identify the other suspects.
