Cajun Hoops lose close one in 2OTs - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

The Ragin Cajuns dropped a heartbreaker to South Alabama, on Thursday Night at the Cajundome, 91-89. 

UL Sophomore Elfrid Payton had 26 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds in the loss.  South Alabama's Augustine Rubit also had 26 points, 3 blocks, and 9 rebounds.

The loss drops the Cajuns to 6-12, 2-5 in Sun Belt play.  UL now has a home record of 5-3.
