NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans officials say a production company will be filming scenes for a movie at the city's Naval Support Activity site from Wednesday through Friday.
A news release from the city says filming will involve simulated gunfire and loud dialogue Thursday and Friday nights from about 4 p.m. to 4 a.m., but the production isn't expected to disrupt traffic. The Naval Support Activity site is at 4400 Dauphine Street.
The news release gave no details about the movie being filmed or the company doing it.
Officials say filming will be limited to the Naval Support Activity site and will not disrupt traffic.
The Mayor's Office of Cultural Economy says New Orleans has hosted 51 tax credit film projects as of the beginning of November.
