Fort Polk Gets New Commander - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

FORT POLK, La. (AP) - A new commander has been installed at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk in Vernon Parish.

Army Brig. Gen. William Hickman assumed command in ceremonies on Thursday.

Hickman comes to Fort Polk from the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Ky.
