A former Lafayette Police Officer accused of malfeasance in office will appear before a judge Thursday morning.
In August, 28-year-old Kencil Joseph of Opelousas was booked with malfeasance for allegedly falsifying an accident report and injuring public records.
He posted a $1,000 bond and was released. Joseph pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment. Joseph will appear before judge Glennon Everett tomorrow morning during a pre-trial hearing at the Lafayette Parish Court House.
