Imagining Alternative Futures

What do you think Lafayette Parish should look like in 20 years? Between today and Saturday, you'll have six chances to participate in that process in the second Community Forum Series.  The first series of public meetings, called Issues and Aspirations, was held in April of this year, and it allowed members of the public the opportunity to share their visions about Lafayette 20 years from now.  The second series that begins today is called Imagining Alternative Futures.  Residents will discuss current community conditions.  Here is a list of the next forums.

Wednesday, November 14, Acadiana Center for the Arts at 12pm. Acadian Middle School at 6pm.

Thursday, November 15, South Regional Library at 12pm and East Bayou Baptist Church at 6pm

Friday, November 16, Heymann Center at 2pm

Saturday, November 17, Holy Rosary Institute at 9am

Windolph Hall Residents interested in attending a meeting are asked to visit
